I creatively directed both videos for the refreshed Freddy AI agent from Freshworks, driving the vision and execution to ensure they aligned with our brand and captured the audience's attention.
Faced with the challenge of not giving away too much about the product upfront, I crafted the hype video using bold typography, vibrant animations, and our brand guidelines to build intrigue and excitement.
For the reveal, I showcased Freddy AI’s capabilities—autonomous, human-like assistance, hyper-personalized service, rapid deployment without coding, and enterprise-grade security—while simplifying the messaging for the general audience. By maintaining consistent typography, colorful bold backgrounds, and a brand tone, I struck a balance between technical depth and accessibility, ensuring the videos communicated both the innovation and the impact of using Freddy AI Agent.

I led the effort in creating customer story videos for Village Roadshow and Texas A&M, featured on the Freshworks customer page. These videos highlight how Freshworks products elevated customer experiences, streamlined transitions, and eased operational challenges.
I played a key role in shaping the voice, tone, and storyline, ensuring each video was uniquely tailored to the customer’s journey. From developing shot lists and collaborating with product managers and producers on insightful interview questions to directing B-roll on set, I ensured every element visually and narratively enhanced the story. These videos were designed to inspire and resonate with potential customers through compelling, real-world success stories.
